I am writing to acknowledge and let the Service Technicians know I truly appreciate the excellent job done each year on my 2011 Honda Shadow. I reside in Detroit so each year after winter and before I ride, I call Service Dept. and most times I speak to Vince. I have it towed to Macomb Powersports and Vince make sure it is brought back to me ready to ride. I trust the work and feel very comfortable putting it on the rode. Thanks GUYS for all you do.
