Selina was extremely disappointing. She was defensive and not willing to help matters along. She was the face of your customer service and I was a burden to her. If I so much as questioned her actions, paperwork or methods she was aggressive and vague. I was referred to you by Jeff Babisz Allstate for the claim. Jeff is a close friend of mine. Selina knows Jeff and it is my understanding that Jeff refers a significant amount of business to you. At one point during our transaction, Selina had made a dig at Jeff in regards to the poor performance of Allstate. I explained to her that Jeff was under a lot of pressure, that his wife had cancer and had been in the hospital over the past couple months, her response to me was, and I quote - thats not my problem. Even if she dont care about a person you dont say things like this, especially to a friend of that person and especially in the line of business. The tension of out transaction started about halfway through and continued till I picked the bike up. When final payment was due I asked to see the breakdown and again it was vague and she made me feel uncomfortable, as though I was out of line to ask. Unfortunately, this was my delivery and it is the last thing I remember about Macomb Power Sports. I have bought several bikes from you and so has my brother. It is a shame that this has happened.
